Our Story

Deux Marie Cosmetics founder Ms. Lu-ann Clarke was born in the beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago. She spent most of her adult life in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. where she further her education in Fashion Design at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and Currently pursuing her second degree in Business Management at Post University. Ms. Clarke, an author of her first book which is also on Amazon.com (What we need to Know When Starting a Business) gives you step by step information on how to get started in opening your own business. A mother of two teenage girls, Ms. Clarke wanted to show her daughters no matter what obstacles that they face, that they too can overcome and leave a legacy for future generations. She went ahead and founded several different businesses from Accounting to Fashion Designing (designing for Miami/Broward Carnival 2015) and now her own Skincare and Cosmetics. This current venture Ms. Clarke team up with one of the industry leading cosmetic companies to start her own product line of vegan cosmetics and skincare. Our cosmetics products are formulated and produced at our sister location in California.

 Our products are also available currently on Walmart.com and Walmart.ca. This is just the beginning, and we welcome you on our journey.

Our focus is to educate a community of self-love and self-worth.  Our Mantra is Love the skin you're in, "You are beautiful", "you are kind", "you are light in every room you step into".
