Love the skin you are in

We all know that the largest organ on our body is our skin, and sometimes its pretty hard trying to keep it hydrated. So with that being said let's talk skin care and how taking care of this large organ goes deeper than the surface. What does that mean, it's simple, what goes in must come out and where does it shows. You got that right on your skin. There are many contributing factors that makes your skin breakout and we'll go deeper into context in our next blog post. But for right now we'll focus on these points. Some contributing factors that makes your skin breakout are:

* Hormonal

* What we eat or drink

* the environment which can be be but not limited to: emotional (stress on a day to day basis), environmental (could be the different types of lotion we use, the different type of laundry detergent we use leaving skin irritation), environmental can be because there's a lot of carbon dioxide in the air leaving your skin flush and irritated and for some you can have breakouts. The list can go on and on, but always remember what goes in must come out.

Let's get down to our products and what I use on a day to day basis. Products that won't strip your skin of nutrients but leaves it hydrated throughout the day and most of all you see results.
